~ CRY OF THE BLACKBIRDS 2024 ~
Blackbirds are mysterious, magical creatures. Almost as magical and mysterious as the brett and lacto blend that we used for this beer that was aged in wine barrels for over a year. Blackberries and boysenberries were added for the last month giving the beer a beautiful red hue with extra dimensions of complexity.
