We are releasing three new beers on draft (WAFFLE CONE STOUT, WEST COAST PALE and PINA COLADA), in addition to offering Kolsch service starting at 5pm.

How does Kölsch service work?
- Check in with Barbarian upon your arrival to grab a Kölsch Stange (glass), first pour of Kölsch, coaster and to start a tab for your glass and beer.
- When your beer is low, we drop off another beer (no ordering necessary) and place another notch on your coaster. This continues until you decide you are done drinking Kölsch and place your coaster on top of your glass.
- When you are ready to leave, bring your Stange (that you get to keep) and your coaster (indicating how many beers you drank) to the bar to check out.

~ WAFFLE CONE STOUT 2025 ~
Bourbon barrel Imperial Stout with waffle cone mix, caramel and vanilla. 12% abv. Draft & 500ml bottles available.

~ WEST COAST PALE ~
Pale Ale made with Mosaic, Southern Cross, and Nelson Hops. This hop trio was picked to give this traditional West Coast flavor profile some tropical fruit and some dank pine.
5% abv. Draft & 16oz cans

~ PINA COLADA ~
Kettle sour made with coconut and pineapple.
6.5% abv. Draft & 16oz cans
