It's the same recipe as our Czech style Pilsner, Crispy Bois, except made without alcohol. The N/A Pilsner was brewed with floor malted Bohemian Pilsner and Czech Saaz hops. 0.4% abv (The legal limit for n/a beverages is 0.6% abv) Draft & Crowlers available ~ MAIBOCK ~ A strong, malty Bavarian lager. Traditionally Maibock's (i.e. "May Bock") were released in the springtime in Germany to celebrate the changing of seasons and a return to longer, sunnier days. 6.1% abv Draft & Cans available ______________________________________ ABOUT WES SCHLAG: Boise, Idaho artist Wes Schlag is a multi-faceted musician and songwriter (AND Barbarian bartender!). Provoked through the stylings of low-fi folk, garage rock, and cosmic country, his dreamy, yet jagged sound is often juxtaposed with a dry wit and Prostian existentialism. Schlag's songs dig deep into what it means to be human, and the lifelong struggle of living in the present through all of time's regrets.
