Participants will learn how to help improve their brain health including composite memory, verbal memory, executive function, sustained attention, processing speed, and more. We will explore the groundbreaking work of several doctors and neuroendocrinologists that have progressed our understanding of brain health. The goal of this presentation is that all participants will leave with new tools that they can use to improve their own mental performance and quality of life. Matt Fisher, RN Cognitive Specialist with A Mind For All Seasons, LLC likes to describe himself as, “A lifelong science geek”. He worked for 14 years as a Psychiatric RN in hospitals and medical facilities. In 2016 he shifted his focus and began work as a Home Health RN Cognitive Specialist assisting clients with various forms of dementia. At A Mind For All Seasons (AMFAS) he works with a diverse group of professionals that are dedicated to changing the story of Alzheimer’s Disease worldwide. Based in Boise, Idaho AMFAS has now written over 400 individualized treatment plans, helping their clients reverse cognitive decline and achieve optimum brain health.
