Lucky Locks is a pop-up hair sparkler stylist that adds luxury grade threads of sparkling silk to people's hair. - Sun, 8/31 - Party continues with all day music, food and face painting. Open 11am-9pm (open later than usual) - Mon, 9/1, Labor Day - Party continues with all day music, food and face painting. Open 11am-8pm We are kid friendly and pet friendly!
