Join us for another Jazz Night here at Coiled! Alex Sjobeck, Braun Khan, and Josh Skinner unite for a unique jazz show with a rare instrumentation centered around the double bass. The groove-based trio consists of piano and two double basses which play off each other and take untraditional roles to create works of musical art. They will present a variety of jazz arrangements including a few new arrangements from the JAZZ X CLASSICAL projects (modern jazz works inspired by classical pieces). A double bass feature will also be showcased with the two basses performing duo, filling out the music and groove in exceptionally technical and intricate ways Doors Open: 6:30pm Show: 7:30pm - 9pm with a 15mn break in the middle Instrumentation: Upright Bases and Piano
