Through captivating visuals and music samples, Monique will illustrate how these dances are more than just performances—they are a connection to people’s heritage and identity. Learn about traditional costumes, the stories told through dance, and how these practices have continued and adapted in the Treasure Valley. Admission is free for First Thursday from 5-8pm, and the Museum will be open for exploration during that time.
