Edibility, abundance, medicinal uses, and seasonal availability were critical pieces of information. Participants of this program will have the opportunity to learn about and sample wild edible & medicinal plants in the Bogus Basin area. Topics include botany basics, ecology of plant communities, plant families, and the ethics of collecting wild foods and medicines.
