CHRISTI NOGLE
Christi Nogle is the author of the Shirley Jackson Award nominated and Bram Stoker Award® winning first novel Beulah (Cemetery Gates Media) and three short fiction collections, the Stoker-nominated The Best of Our Past, the Worst of Our Future; Promise: A Collection of Weird Science Fiction; and One Eye Opened in That Other Place (Flame Tree Press). She is co-editor with Willow Dawn Becker of the Stoker-nominated anthology Mother: Tales of Love and Terror (Weird Little Worlds) and co-editor with Ai Jiang of Wilted Pages: An Anthology of Dark Academia (Shortwave Publishing).
ISABELLE SHIFRIN
Isabelle Shifrin began her writing career as a journalist. She graduated from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism in the mid-aughts and worked for newspapers on the East Coast, most notably Newsday on Long Island. After she pivoted to fiction, her short stories appeared in The Missouri Review and The Masters Review. A flash fiction piece won second place in The Boise Weekly/Idaho Press Tribune Fiction 101 Contest. Other flash fiction pieces have been long-listed for a Fish Publishing contest, and short-listed for a contest at Fractured Lit.
HEATHER SINNES
Heather Sinnes teaches writing at Boise State University. In her past life, she was a junior and senior high language arts instructor where she advocated for creative writing curriculum adoption and co-founded a poetry writing club for high school students under the guidance of Big Tree Arts, a local non-profit. Most of her writing is professionally bound, focusing on the student experience. Her publishing includes pieces in writing instruction pedagogy in, InLand: A Journal for Teachers of English Language Arts, and a Compfaqs Wiki Page on improving reading strategies. She is currently developing online teaching material for Boise State’s eCampus. Her affinity for creative non-fiction centers her writing on the universal mysteries found in her garden, her plight with motherhood, a few near-death experiences, clairvoyance, and the occult.
