Get ready for the Boise Rock School Summer Concert featuring over 30 youth bands! Truly a show for all ages – come support these young musicians as each band performs a short set showcasing their best material and the result of all their practice this past year. Unfamiliar with The Boise Rock School? The BRS is a non profit that empowers youth through music education, after-school programs, summer camps and different outreach programs. Students learn musical excellence as well as essential life skills such as group problem solving, compromise and the value of positive social interaction. The BRS team will be onsite – stop by to learn more about their programs and how you can volunteer or join the school! They will also be taking donations onsite :) Enjoy an evening of young musical talent, food trucks, yard games and being outside by the greenbelt.
