Basquing in the Sunset
Experience the rich culture and traditions of the Basque community in a four-course wine and Paella dinner on the lawn at Huston Vineyards. James Beard nominated Chef Dan Ansotegui and daughter and business partner Ellie Ansotegui of Ansot’s Restaurant have prepared a menu of traditional Basque favorites including Croquettes, Salad topped with Grandma Epi’s Dressing, fresh Sheepherder bread and Paella three ways. Finish the meal by a chocolate dessert prepared by the Sweet Spot. Each course is paired with the perfect Huston wine pairing. With a backdrop of a traditional sheepherder wagon, guests will enjoy music by Emily Tipton as they gaze over the vineyards at a beautiful sunset. Tickets $125/person
