YOGA ON THE MOUNTAIN

Bri Strodtbeck – I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and currently working towards my second 200-hour training. I also have my Master’s in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Holistic health and mind, body, spirit balance is very important to me. I love to incorporate my nutrition and yoga education into my teachings. I love to nerd out about the nervous system, autoimmune conditions, body positivity, and destroying diet culture. My yoga classes tend to be on the playful and creative side while also being inclusive and available for all bodies. I am passionate about helping my students find confidence and peace on their mat. I also teach Yoga Nidra’s that I write myself, and I love the creative challenge that it brings along with the benefits of yoga nidra meditations. Some things I like to do that don’t include yoga are crocheting, cooking, camping, hiking, and reading.
