
Self Care Variety Workshop
April 8 @ 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm MDT

Learn about the pressure point on your ears to treat ailments in the body. Do breathing exercises set to music, moving your body and learning to breathe reduces anxiety, strengthens your lungs and aids in digestion. Our workshop will end with restorative yoga. A restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided.
