
Kolsch Night with CRISP Food Truck

We had such a great time at our April Kolsch Night that we decided to host ONE more before summer gets too hot! Join us on Tuesday, June 13 from 5-9pm to drink Barbarian Kolsch beer all night long.
This event will NOT be ticketed, unlike the April event.
Simply show up, grab a Stange glass of Kolsch and a coaster from the bar, then grab a seat anywhere in the Taproom or Beer Garden. We’ll bring you a fresh Stange of Kolsch when your current glass is empty and mark your coaster to keep track of your tab.
When you are done drinking Kolsch, you place your coaster on top of your Stange and we stop serving you.
CRISP Food Truck will be on-site selling a German inspired menu (see below).
The Taproom and Beer Garden will be open to the public. Therefore, if you don’t want to drink Kolsch you can still come hang out with us, and you’ll have to order your non-Kolsch beers at the bar like normal.

Pretzel Sticks $12- Three Soft Pretzel Sticks with Swiss Cheese sauce and Stone Ground Mustard
Schnitzel Sandwich $14- Panko Breaded and Fried Pork Loin, Stone Ground Mustard, Swiss Cheese, Red onion, Greens, Tomato, on Acme Ciabatta
Emantaller Mac $14- Swiss Cheese sauce, Pickled onions, Parsley – Option to add Pork Belly or Brat for $4
German Brat $11- Meridian Meats German Brat, Sauerkraut, Stone Ground Mustard on Roll

What is a Kolsch Night?
Inspired by the Kölsch beer and serving method originating in Cologne (Köln), Germany, this low abv, clear German ale with a light golden color is traditionally served in a .2L Stange (tall, skinny glass), and often the only beer available to drink.
How does it work?
-Check in at the bar upon arrival to receive your first Kolsch and drink coaster, then find a seat.
-When your beer is low, we drop off another beer (no ordering necessary) and place another notch on your coaster. This continues until you decide you are done drinking Kolsch or need a break and place your coaster on top of your glass.
-When you are ready to leave, bring your coaster to the bar to check out.
