“My book group had a wonderful lunch at Richard's Restaurant on Thursday, March 10. I had the grilled salmon with roasted potatoes and beets. Everything was perfectly cooked and served beautifully. I also had the included side salad with their creamy green olive dressing--absolutely delicious. We shared three luscious desserts. Our server was cordial, efficient, and helpful. I heartily recommend Richard's Restaurant for delicious food, excellent service, and elegant surroundings.“

“We love Richards and are repeat customers. First of all, it's fantastic to have the free covered parking right at the restaurant/hotel in downtown Boise. I am OBSESSED with their truffle chip appetizer. Tomato basil soup is great, and other appetizers done well. Entrees change often and are always on point. Pastas, chicken, salmon, always good. And the staff is very attentive. Ambiance is peaceful and "fancy". One of our favorite downtown spots we will keep coming back to.“

“Excellent food and cocktails! Service was fantastic and they were very attentive. High quality, flavorful menu. Pictured is the fig flatbread. It was delicious! Not pictured, I had the king salmon and was so impressed with the horseradish honey sauce on it! The potato’s and beets were cooked perfectly too that came with it! I would definitely be back!“

“This experience was interesting. The waitress was very nice and accommodating as it was a business meeting. The food however was OK at best. Had salmon and steak. The best part was the broccoli. The salmon was lacking something but was very bland for a salmon. The stake was also missing something. It was well cooked at medium rare but didn't do anything to say yes I love this. Their soup was very good I have to say. Salad just a typical salad. The atmosphere was nice and enjoyable. I wish I took a picture.“

“Dinner for our 34th anniversary and it was delightful and delicious. Adam, our server, was attentive and engaging. He did not hover and had great suggestions. We had an appetizer, our main course with additions, drinks and a shared dessert. (After all, it was a special night.) Thank you for quite a nice evening!“
