“Great service and people to start. Didn't see cheese curds on the menu but we did online so we asked. Minutes later we had 2 of the best orders of cheese curds I ever had. And yes, I have been to Wisconsin. Great wings too, and the beer was cold and really really good. Outside area is cool. Definitely recommended.“

“I think her name is Sam, but she is the best server, hands down. She always provides the best service, is very accommodating and makes me feel so welcomed. I highly recommend everyone go see her and the rest of the excellent staff at Edge Brewing. Keep up the good work, guys!“

“Nice pub on Idaho and 10th in Boise. Plenty of tables, not a sports bar. They have some unique spins on food, especially the bowls. I have always enjoyed the brews from Edge, and this place has some unique food items. I ordered the Amber Ale, nice and malty with slight hoppiness. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken with waffle fries, which is sweet & spicy korean gochujang & sriracha aioli nested atop waffle fries. Chicken was great, the aioli was spicy and the fries were crunchy, maybe a little too done for me, I would like more fluffy potatos. The regular fries might fit that bill. The squeeze got the Chimichurri Steak, chimichurri marinated sirloin, salsa fresca, cotija & chimichurri crema. I tasted it, very good flavors with tender meat. She got the sweet potato fries, which she loved. The server did an outstanding job, but I didn't get her name. All in all, a nice place for lunch.“
