Mad Swede Brewing hosts the longest-running comedy open mic in Boise every Monday evening at their original Cole Road taproom. The relaxed environment and intimate setting of the brewery tasting room make for a low-key vibe with high-key laughs.\n\nWith a rotating lineup of professional hosts, the Sweet Swede mic is always in good hands with guaranteed laughs. Witness Boise’s up-and-coming comedians cut their chops and Boise’s best try out new material every Monday night starting at 7:30pm. Signups are in person at 7pm.\n\nCome hungry! Mad Swede Brewing Company’s resident food truck, Fire Giant’s Pizza Forge, is serving gourmet wood-fired pizza 7 days a week made entirely from scratch using whole food ingredients. The 11″ Neapolitan style pies feature a high-protein crust that features spent grain from Mad Swede’s beer brewing process, and all the toppings are legit from the beer-marinated meats to hand-chopped veggies and fruits.
